Supports organisations working with food-wasting businesses to reduce and source-separate food waste ahead of NSW FOGO requirements. Best for: food waste reduction; hospitality engagement; institutional kitchens; education; organics systems; circular economy Funding: Up to $200,000 per project Who can apply: Peak bodies, sector leaders, councils, educators and other relevant organisations working with food-wasting businesses.
