Land Trusts and Shared (not-)Ownership Models

It was great to hear Toby, Romulo and Spike present about this topic last Firday night 16 Oct at the Roots and Rivers Collective event (Fuel for the Future). I loved their 3 point plan or whatever it was:
1. Watch the docos (anyone remember what they were?),
2. Invade Crown Land (hells yeah!)
3. Start an Agroecology Land Trust.
I got it wrong because I cant remember exactly. I would love it if anyone could correct me on what Toby actually said.
I followed the work of the Agrarian Land Trust in the US for a while. That was pretty cool.
I am curious about fabulous and wildly radical approaches to collective (not-)ownership - such as in Vanuatu where about 65% of the entire country is not registered in the Lands Registry - it is still under customary title, which means it cannot be bought or sold.
Here is the link to the latest update from AFSA about their movements towards setting up something like a Land Trust here in Australia: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ui6UIqy4FCufbq_pE9b9V6vcfiqjKTIn/view?usp=sharing (opens in a new tab)
(Siddh, I'm noticing that I cant hyperlink things, I cant tag people eg @Roots and Rivers, I cant select multiple locations, not a problem - just noticing things in case there is an easy fix?)
